What do you need to do if you’re interested in coming to any of these Book Club meetings?
- Buy the book(s) you are interested in reading (Amazon & Thriftbooks.com sells used books for cheap!) — be sure to buy them weeks before the meeting, so you have time to read it! You can also check out most of these books from the library and take notes.
- Read the book & mark the things that stand out for you and/or make notes and write down questions the book brings up for you.
- Come to the meetings ready to discuss the book. No one will put you on the spot, but we will welcome your questions and insights!
The Book Club meetings will all be at:
Paul & Cathy Nelson’s house
1176 Barger Place
(Turn right onto dirt road just behind the back church parking lot—we are the first house on the right after you go over the ravine)
If you want to come, but can’t afford the books, let me know and we’ll see if we can help you with that!
