Our Strategy

The link under under Our Strategy on the top left of this page provides a graphical overview of our strategy and the pathway we encourage everybody to follow to grow spiritually here at Grace.

Orientation Class, Maturity Track, Ministry Track and Mission Track are all components of our NEXT STEPS program designed specifically to help us become more like Christ.

We get connected in community through becoming part of a HOME GROUP and through participating in Bible Studies and Special Events facilitated by our MEN'S and WOMEN'S Ministries.

As relationships develop we commit to membership by attending the Membership Class and completing the membership process - a meaningful experience that expresses our commitment to serve the Lord together at Grace.

Through the Ministry Track courses, we are helped to discover our Spiritual gifts, our Heart, our Aptitudes, our Passion and our Experiences that combine to SHAPE us for our unique ministry in the church. We help guide you to serve in a ministry that is a good fit for you in your present life circumstances.

As God gives us opportunities to share the gospel, people will have questions that need honest, informed answers. The classes in our Mission Track teach how to present the good news and to anticipate the questions seekers may ask. With this training we can more confidently engage our mission field whether here at home or abroad.

Through this process of training and serving, men and women mature to Leadership to become Elders, Deacons, Home Group Leaders and Ministry Leaders.
