Next Steps is an intentional and systematic training program engaging people in learning and practicing those principles and skills that will lead them to membership in Christ's family, Christlike maturity, ministry at Grace Church and fulfilling their mission in Ramona and the world.

Next Steps is a combination of these Core Classes (of which more electives can be added), and Core Experiences (involvement in a Home Group, becoming a member, serving in a ministry, and serving on a short-term cross-cultural mission trip).
